Thera-Link was created to simplify and improve the way physical therapy professionals connect with health care facilities - with real people in mind. Our model is built on experience, integrity and efficiency.
Our founder, Rebecca Sarazin, is a registered nurse with over 25 years of administrative experience. In 2005, she launched what became one of the fastest growing and leading healthcare staffing agencies in Wisconsin. Serving 100+ clients with a provider data base of over 3000 licensed nursing and allied health professionals.
In 2018, she exited the industry to pursue other ventures- but never lost sight of what truly mattered: helping healthcare professionals and facilities succeed. Over the years that followed, she often found herself reflecting on what she'd do differently if she ever re-entered the staffing space.
Then one day, a simple conversation change everything. Someone asked, "If you were to start another agency, what would you do differently this time?" And for Rebecca that was all it took to light the spark.
From that moment, the vision for Thera-Link began to take shape - an elevated, more intentional version of the original agency. A 2.0 model, built on real life lessons - streamlined, focused, and designed to serve both therapists and facilities better than ever before.
